Access Control For Apartment Buildings

Next-generation building access control systems perform a wide range of tasks and are very convenient to manage and maintain. You will be able to assign access rights to residents, administrative staff, service personnel, guests, postal workers, delivery services, and others. Managing access policies is very convenient; you can include specific doors, gates, and barriers in a policy, assign a schedule for access, and then apply these policies to different users and user groups.

Examples:

  • Security personnel have access to all areas 24/7.
  • Residents have access to the parking gate and pedestrian gate 24/7, and to the pool every day from 7 AM to 10 PM.
  • Residents of unit #101 and their guests have access to the club room and pedestrian gate on September 15th from 10 AM to 10 PM, while other residents do not have access to the club room on that day.

The flexible management system allows for easy creation and management of access rules for any situation. It's worth noting that management can do this independently using a computer or phone. There's no need to call the installers every time you want to make small changes or add/remove a user.

Access can be granted using access cards, fob keys, PIN codes, or a mobile app. Management can independently assign cards, fob keys, and PIN codes using a phone or computer. This process is convenient, easy, and quick—assigning a new card takes no more than a minute. The cost of the cards themselves is $1–$2. You don't need to pay hundreds of dollars or wait several days to order a new set of cards for a new resident. With the new system, adding a new card will cost you just a few bucks and a few clicks.

Elevator Floor Access Control System

You can control access to different floors by assigning one or multiple floors to groups or individual users.

Example: Residents of the sixth floor can use the elevator to access the sixth floor, ground floor, and parking floor 24/7. However, they can only access the rooftop from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Parking or Driveway Gate

The entrance can be equipped with an intercom mounted on a gooseneck, allowing drivers to use it without leaving their cars. Guests can make video calls to residents using the intercom. Residents can remotely open the gates for guests using a mobile app.

Residents will be able to open the gates using a card, PIN code, or a mobile app.

The gates can also be equipped with an AI camera capable of recognizing license plates and automatically opening the gates when it detects a resident’s vehicle.

Secure Bike Storage Room

Access to the Bike Storage Room can be granted via card or PIN code only to residents who have pre-registered and store their bicycles in the Storage Room. Additionally, a camera can be installed to record everyone entering and exiting the room on video.

Resident Storage Rooms

If you have a separate Resident Storage Room, it can also be equipped with an access control system. A single reader is installed, and when a resident uses their access card or PIN code, only their specific storage unit will open.

Amenity reservations

The system can be configured to allow residents to reserve various amenities in advance. On a specific day and time, a designated area will be accessible only to the resident and their guests and will be unavailable to anyone else. Examples include the club room, rooftop lounge, meeting room, tennis court, etc.

Key Free Access

Access can be granted without a physical key. Users can use PIN codes, QR codes, or an app installed on their phone.

Keys

As a physical key, plastic cards, fob keys, and NFC tokens can be used. There are extensive customization options available.

Interactive menu

NFC cards can simultaneously unlock doors and serve as an interactive menu, providing access to all available services. The user simply needs to tap their key or card against their phone.

Intercom For Apartment Building

A convenient video intercom with a large, bright touchscreen and camera. It features a well-organized directory of all residents and service contacts. Residents receive a video call, which they can answer via the mobile app or on a viewer installed in their home. During the call, residents can see who is calling, but the caller cannot see the resident.

A convenient, compact device that can be installed in each resident’s home. On its screen, you can see who has arrived and unlock the door or gate.

The video call option makes package and food delivery incredibly convenient.

Security Cameras For Apartments

We install a wide range of cameras, including AI cameras with facial recognition and license plate recognition capabilities.

These cameras can be used at gates to maintain a convenient log and video recordings of everyone entering and exiting, with the ability to search by license plate. They can also be integrated with the Access Control system to automatically open gates for vehicles with specific license plates.

For critical service rooms (electric room, elevator equipment room, pool pumps room, etc.), facial recognition cameras can be used.

It's important to note that each door equipped with Access Control can be connected to a camera, providing video recordings of who used the door and when, which can be reviewed in the log of all entries and exits.

The camera monitoring station can be set up anywhere, including at a remote location. The footage from the cameras can be displayed at a security post, remotely on a computer, or accessed via a mobile app.

WIFI For Apartment Building

Nowadays, fast and reliable Wi-Fi is among the essential necessities, just like electricity, water, and gas.
