The Ubiquiti Intercom Viewer is an incredibly convenient tool for receiving buzz-in calls and opening doors or gates, especially when used with the G2 Reader Pro. However, the setup process for connecting these devices may not be immediately obvious. Below, we provide detailed instructions to help you through the process.

Accessing the UniFi Site Manager:

• Open the UniFi Site Manager in your browser on a computer. Note that this functionality is not yet available on the mobile app or mobile browser.

Connecting Your Devices:

• Navigate to Access > Devices > {Your Viewer} > Overview > Paired Devices > Manage.
• Select Reader and then choose your G2 Reader from the list.

That’s it! Your Ubiquiti Intercom Viewer should now be successfully connected to the G2 Reader Pro.
