I’m Vladimir Chasovskikh, Co-Founder of YesTechie Corp and a network engineer by craft. In November 2022, Anton Kuznetsov and I founded YesTechie in Los Angeles as a joint venture—built on more than twenty years of hands-on work in networking, security systems, and complex IT projects. We started the company for a simple reason: infrastructure should be engineered for how a business actually runs, not assembled from a static playbook.
My work sits in the field—enterprise networks, Wi‑Fi, physical security, and access control—where systems have to stay stable under load and clear to operate. I’m a Professional Ubiquiti Integrator, and we use platforms like UniFi as preferred means in many deployments, not as the brand destination. The standard is the outcome: one manageable environment instead of a pile of disconnected devices.
That shows up in the work itself. We’ve taken manufacturing sites from mixed stacks—including Fortinet-era environments—onto unified UniFi designs. We’ve built warehouse and fulfillment Wi‑Fi that holds up through the day. We’ve delivered medical-office networks and security that stay quiet for the people who depend on them. Different verticals, same rule: design for real operations, then install like the business can’t afford guesswork.
Anton and I stay in the critical stages of major projects—assessment, design, transparent proposals, live deployment—because accountability is part of the product. What we write and how we build aim at one bar: systems that cut friction, unify network and security, and stay predictable as the client scales. YesTechie is growing beyond that foundation into custom AI solutions—practical intelligence on the same first-principles engineering that started the company.
